1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from the ordered product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products (e.g., sarees with fall/pico or custom stitching) and items without original tags are not eligible for return.

  • Handloom Disclaimer: Slight irregularities in thread, color, or weave are characteristic of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.

2. Process

    • Timeframe: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

    • Verification: To process a return for damage, we may require a photo or video of the product as received.

3. Refunds

  • Pan-India Delivery: We offer shipping across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the specific weave’s availability.

  • Title of Goods: Ownership of the products passes to the purchaser only after full payment has been received.
